Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
- Botswana (Nationwide)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Botswana. For special delivery requests, please contact us at support@anani.shop prior to placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated where applicable.

Delivery times vary based on your selected delivery area and method. We offer the following options within Botswana:
Local Delivery – Gaborone & Surroundings
- Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery – Gaborone City
- Local Delivery – Greater Gaborone
- Local Delivery – Gaborone Surroundings
Local delivery timelines generally range between 1–3 business days once dispatched.
Nationwide Courier Delivery
- Available to major towns outside Gaborone
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or courier-related delays.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected delivery area and delivery method.
- Customers are required to select the delivery option that corresponds with their chosen delivery area.
- Orders placed with an incorrect delivery option may be subject to additional charges or delivery delays.
Shipping Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@anani.shop, and we will assist you accordingly.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- anani is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and determine a resolution where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery details are provided at checkout.
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be redirected due to incorrect address information.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-dispatch the order.
