1. Where do you ship? We currently ship within Botswana (nationwide). If you require international shipping outside these regions, please contact us at support@anani.shop for special requests.

2. How long does shipping take?

-Gaborone & surrounding areas (Phakalane, Tlokweng, Mogoditshane): 1-3 business days
-Rest of Botswana:
2-5 business days

4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major payment methods. All payment options will be available at checkout.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges? Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. We can process an exchange where appropriate and where the requested item is available. If an exchange cannot be made, we will issue store credit once the return is approved. Refunds are not offered. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@anani.shop. 

6. What should I do if my order is damaged? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@anani.shop and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the details and arrange an exchange or store credit where appropriate. For damaged or incorrect items that are our error, we cover the return shipping cost.

7. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry? Yes! We offer custom jewelry options. Contact us at support@anani.shop to discuss your design ideas.
