Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your anani pieces. If something isn’t right or you have any questions, please contact us.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@anani.shop. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted..
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48hours of delivery with pictures so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
- Where the issue is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), if they arrive damaged or defective we offer store credit after inspection and approval.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange where appropriate and where the requested item is available. If an exchange cannot be made due to stock availability, product type, or other limitations, we will issue store credit once your exchange or return is approved. Store credit can then be used to place a new order.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit, processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
